Alex is offering one on one tuition (via Zoom) for singers guitarists budding writers and producers. (Book a block of 5 lessons, get one free).

Lessons will take place at a convenient time through video chat and cater to the individual level and needs of each student.

Trained in vocals

Alex was coached by the legendary Glynn Jones (the only singing coach ever endorsed by George Martin, producer of The Beatles ). Furthermore, Alex has sung, played, written and produced professionally for over 20 years. He ran his own professional recording studio in London for 12 years working with top artists labels and writers. Therefore, he now brings his wealth of experience, knowledge and personality to bare in bespoke one hour lessons.

Moreover, Alex has recorded and performed extensively on vocals and guitar both as a solo artist and in bands. Whether acoustic, electric, lead, backing, or rhythm. He plays and sings blues, soul, rock, funk, pop, country, folk and indie. He started as a classical clarinetist in an orchestra until discovering the Beatles aged 12! Then his love of melody, songwriting and production began in earnest. Importantly, he trained for over 7 years with vocal coach Glynn Jones who’s techniques develop and support a broad range of singing ability to suit many styles. His musical style is versatile, with a wide skill set whether live or in the studio. His knowledge of music production, recording, editing, mixing informs all the nuances of live or studio performance from beginner to professional. Alex built and ran his own professional recording studio (AGM Studios, London), and is an expert in Protools HDX, pro digital and analogue equipment, modern and vintage.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, working with Alex can significantly improve your writing, production, playing and vocal technique, range, tone, breathing, projection, blending between registers, pitching etc, to bring out your true voice.
